The Special Purpose Association Veterinary and Food Monitoring Office Jena-Saale-Holzland, based in Stadtroda, is looking for the above-mentioned employee in the general business area at the earliest possible date.
The area of responsibility essentially comprises
- Processing of administrative and fine proceedings (issuing of notices, legal review, monitoring of procedural processes)
- Processing objections, appeals and criminal charges as well as following proceedings through to conclusion
- Collaboration in occupational health and safety and health promotion
- Data protection officer
- Processing public inquiries
Our expectations of you
- Training as an administrative assistant or completed advanced training course I (FL1) or comparable training, e.g. paralegal or completed studies in the relevant subject area
- Sound knowledge of administrative law and administrative offense law
- Affinity for topics in the field of animal health and food monitoring desirable
- Specialist IT knowledge and good PC skills
- Good communication skills and the ability to provide professional guidance to employees
- Independent, responsible work and enjoyment of teamwork

The position is permanent and full-time. Remuneration is in accordance with pay grade E 9 a TVöD if the professional and pay scale requirements are met. Part-time work is possible.
